VENUE

Please pray for our G.A Venue. We have tried prospecting for a venue but our projected number of at least 1,500 delegates eliminates traditional conference places like Teachers Camp. As of now, our first preference is BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY. Please pray that the Admin will allow us to use the closed gym for a Religious purpose. Kindly pray as you read this? Thank you.

Our second prospect is EASTER COLLEGE.

ACCOMMODATION

For GA accommodation, there will be no committee in charge in finding accommodation for you. What they will do is to furnish you with the names of pension houses, hotels, inns, and other possible lodging with the costs of lodging. You will make the arrangements on where you want to stay. They will however answer questions that you want to ask. Text or call: Rev. Walter Joaquin, 09208090359.

Projected Budget for Mindanao Delegates for GA 2011*

18 Meals @50/meal (budget Meal)--------------------------------900-
Lodging (at P200/head/night for dorm type lodging)---------1,200-
Transportation within Baguio to and from GA daily-------------500-
Plane Ticket (Assuming you get promo flight tickets)--------3,000-
Taxi From and to Airport--------------------------------------------500-
Bus fares to and from Baguio------------------------------------1,000-
Registration (Prospective?)----------------------------------------- 800-
City Tour---------------------------------------------------------------200-

Total---------------------------------------------------P8,100-
*Very conservative estimates. Dorm type accommodations are Limited and easily taken so you have to make reservations early. The ACCOMMODATION committee will post the names of possible hotels, inns, transient lodgings, etc, soon as we determine which venue shall we be in.

Room accommodation in pension houses and hotels are from P500/room to P1,700-depending on the quality of the lodging. In Baguio however, you will have no problem of heat. All lodgings are AIR CON at night!!!

INITIAL PLANNED PROPOSALS from WELCOME /TRANSPORTATION and REGISTRATION Committees to prevent chaos in 2011

1. Only one bus (VICTORY LINER BUS) will serve as carrier of delegates from Manila to Baguio and vice versa. Even private vehicles should be registered under the Welcome and Transport committee.

2. Delegates will register with their District Ministry Supervisors in their districts before coming to GA. So at the GA, only their DMS will approach the Registration table.

WE WILL BE UPLOADING UPDATED INFORMATION HERE AT OUR WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME. REQUESTING DMSes to DOWNLOAD INFO FOR YOUR CONSTITUENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET.

FOR QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS, please email:

Deltb223@gmail.com or text or call 09285044864.

LET US HELP MAKE OURSELVES HAPPY IN GA 2011 BY PLANNING EARLY. LET US LESSEN OR ELIMINATE HEAD ACHES, TEMPERS AND FRUSTRATIONS BY ACTING EARLY. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LODGING BY THE END OF FEBRUARY NEXT YEAR.
