Filipino Workers in Hong Kong

6 followed Jesus in water baptism by immersion at Union Church; 2 were baptized at Deep Water Bay Beach

20 went forward after the Gospel Message given by Evangelist Rudy Velasco. Out from the 20 responded 11 received Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, 9 for re-assurance. Pray with us that this 11 will enlist in a Bible Study in order to grow in their faith.

Delicious food was served for all the visitors. There were those who came early. They went to St. Joseph Church but they missed the Mass so they came up for the Filipino Service. It was God’s appointment for them to come up because that afternoon they meet Jesus Christ personally in their lives.

CNY Filipino Conference

There were 271 registered attendees for 3 days. Rev. Abednego Ferrer and Rev. Rudy Velasco alternately lectured and gave devotional messages and Gospel messages. Mrs. Eden Ferrer shared her testimony.

"We are very grateful for giving us the opportunity to minister to your people there and your hospitality given to us is superb! God bless your ministry there that really needs the empowering of God to do it! We salute you."

Delegates just went forward crying before God. Very few were left on their seats. We opened for testimony time for those who attended the days retreat. They courageously stood up and shared God touched them. Harden hearts was melted responded to God's call of holy living. Filipino Workers Altar Call -1One said, "I hate someone and I cannot forgive her. However, I cannot resist the prompting of the Holy Spirit in my heart I finally surrendered to God peace flooded my soul! Now I learned to forgive. I thank God for changing me to be more like Him!" One has testified, "I was living a defeated Christian life , no joy and peace. My life was full of trouble and struggles. God has been dealing with me from day 1 till day 3 of the Conference. I cannot fight God I finally surrendered every area of my life to the control of God through the Holy Spirit!"Filipino Workers Altar Call 2

During the 3 days retreat God has lead people to their knees through the everyday messages given by the speakers. Lives have been changed! Glory to God!
